Pengaruh Beban Kerja , Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Bangkit Tiga Bersaudara

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of workload, leadership and work motivation on CV employee performance. Rise Three Brothers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 75 employee respondents at CV. Rise Three Brothers. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression and simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing simultaneously uses the f test and partially uses the t test. The research results show that there is a significant influence between workload, leadership and work motivation on employee performance, namely 73.0% and the remaining 27.% is influenced by other variables not studied. The magnitude of the influence between work discipline, workload and work environment on employee performance is shown by the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 8.920 + 0.571X1 + 0.445X2 + 0.277X3, meaning that the better the workload management, leadership and work motivation, the better the performance of CV employees. Rise Three Brothers will get better, and vice versa.
